2026 Repaving Project
The City is making improvements to the following roads, please view the map for more information:
- Vinewood Lane
- Pineview Lane
- Pineview Court
- Hemlock Lane
- Evergreen Lane
- 139th Ave N
- 134th 1/2 Ave
- 134th Ave N
- 143rd Ave N
- Balsam Lane
- Holly Lane
Area Map
The project involves resurfacing the existing roadway. Access will be provided throughout construction but there may be restrictions accessing driveways while work is taking place in front of resident's properties. The majority of the instances will be brief (30-60 minutes) during milling and paving operations but if concrete in front of or within a driveway is required to be replaced, they may not be able to use their driveway until the concrete is cured.
This is a tentative schedule and is weather dependent.
The anticipated timeline is as follows:
Removals: Week of May 4th, 2026
Concrete Curb and Gutter: Week of May 11th, 2026
Milling of Bituminous: Week of June 1st, 2026
Bituminous Paving: Week of June 1st, 2026
