Park Facility Needs Request for Proposal

Request for Proposal Elsie Stephens Amphitheatre Improvements

The City of Dayton will receive and accept bids for for Elsie Stephens Park Amphitheatre Improvements.  Online only bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on September 1, 2026.  The project includes, but is not limited to, the following work:

  • Installation of premanufactured shelter

  • Construction of a concrete multi-use path

  • Concrete paving

  • Construction of concrete steps

  • Installation of handrails

  • Construction of seat walls

  • Installation of riprap

  • Electrical improvements

  • Site and turf restoration

The anticipated substantial completion date for the project is March 31, 2027, with the final completion date anticipated by June 1, 2027.  For the complete Request for Proposal (RFP), please review the full document below.
