Road Reconstruction:
113th Ave through DCM Farms/Sundance Woods

The contractor working on DCM Farms development will begin reconstruction of 113th Ave the week of July 19, 2026.  This project will require the closure of 113th Ave between Fernbrook Lane and Niagara Lane.

Road reclamation is scheduled for July 20, 2026, from the entrance to Sundance east to the east radius of Glacier Lane.  During the reclamation work, 113th Avenue will remain open to traffic.  However, once roadway excavation begins, later that week, a full closure will be in effect in this area until construction is complete.
