Dayton Farms Park

Dayton Farms Park is a new city park located within the Brayburn Trails development. The park is being developed through an assemblage of lots from four residential developments: Brayburn Trails, Brayburn Trails East, DCM Farms, and Sundance Greens. Once the City acquires ownership of the two south lots, the park will encompass approximately 14 acres!
Phase One: Dayton Farms Park was completed in 2026 and offers a variety of recreational amenities for residents and visitors. The completed phase features a playground with zipline, sand volleyball court, full-size basketball court, two pickleball courts, picnic shelters, parking, walking trails, and ample open space for outdoor activities. The amenities included in Phase 1 were selected with community input. The City held two neighborhood meetings where residents were invited to share their ideas and priorities.
Phase Two: Designed to expand the park’s recreational and natural features. Planned amenities include a ballfield, three-hole disc golf course, nature area, additional parking, and trails that will connect to Phase One.
