E Bikes and Electric Scooters
We have received complaints and questions recently about ebikes and electric scooters. At this time, the City of Dayton does not have an ordinances specifically regulating the use of e-bikes. Please refer to Minn. State Statute 169.222, 169.223 and 169.225 for more information and what equipment is required for operation on roadways, if allowed. Please watch for updated information.
